First of all Department of Vigilance functioned as a wing of Political (General) Department and its main assignment was to eradicate corruption. In 1946, it was renamed as Anti corruption Department. In course of time, it was placed as a wing of Cabinet (Vigilance) Department, under the Cabinet Co-ordination Department. Finally, Department of Vigilance has been identified as an independent Department.
The basic objective of this Department is to purge the administrative set up and to contain the prevailing corruption and malpractice rampant in Government Organisation. The department is making effort to sensitize people for raising voice against corruption. The department is seriously concerned about speedy trail of the accused, speedy disposal of complaint petitions, so that, the people may feel that Vigilance functions as eyes and ears of the Government.
Bihar Chief Minister Sri Nitish Kumar holds charge of the Departmental Minister of this department. Sri Asok Kumar Chauhan, IAS is the Principal Secretary of the department. Vigilance Department has three investigation agencies, namely Vigilance Investigation Bureau, Technical Examiner Cell, Electricity Vigilance Board. In order to speed up trapping of corrupt Govt. servant and to collect intelligence about disproportionate assets belonging to corrupt Govt. servants the Govt. of Bihar has set up Special Vigilance Unit by recruiting team of retired CBI Officials on contract basis who had high reputation for integrity during their service tenure.

This is Seraj Alam, passed out from Siwan Engineering and technical institute, siwan, Bihar in 2010 and got a job in February 2014 in Jeddah of Saudi Arabia as a mechanical engineer. But i am not sure whether i will be able to continue because of my inability to produce a degree certificate.
I joined this company with the help of a provisional certificate on the understanding that i would submit the degree certificate within few days. But my attempts to get a degree certificate went in vain, even after applying for it..
The office of the Registrar/ Principal has been giving us many excuses and assurance but not the certificate. As we all the engineers batch of 2006- 2010 are suffering.
Under the RTI scheme, a fee of Rs. 10 has been filed to university for getting the information as well as degree certificate but i did not got any reply from any side (Copies of RTI will be available if needed).
My company is giving me one more chance to produce the degree certificate. Many like me, who had joined jobs with provisional certificates are under the threat of losing their jobs because of their inability to produce degree certificates within the deadline specified by companies.
They have approached the college but enable find a solution. They have urged the Principal of college many times to provide degree certificates to those who had completed the b. tech courses in 2010.
It has been almost five years since we completed our engineering and still we are not able to get our degree certificate. Company will be declared me fake engineer if i will not submit original degree certificate to concern authority(Evidence will be available if required) Its my modesty request to you to look into the matter and save our career.

NHPC pirpaiti project are being purchased by retailer at very low price and thus being sold by retailer without much compitition. one of such cases is being practice by a retailer in nandlalpur village of kahalgaon bhagalpur. the owner of retail shop is ram kumar sah. shop is situated at the start of village.so please strict action should be taken against this type of construction corruption.

If it can be proved by documentary evidence that a Bihar Govt. Circle Officer openly encourages corruption in his office at the behest of a citizen of the Circle, the concerned Circle Officer, being the Administrative Head of the Circle, must take strong punitive action against the particular citizen. It will certainly send a very strong signal to all the citizens of the Circle to deter any corruption activity. Does any Circle Officer do so?

When he was out for operation, Mr Kumud Ranjan Mishra of Tilkamanjhi broke walls of his house and drove out the tenants through criminal intimidation and harassment. Few of relatives and friends tried to file complaint but Police did not do anything to Kumud Ranjan. Infact at one instance Kumud Ranjan abused and intimidated a police officer and he ran away. When my uncle was trying to file an FIR, Kumud Ranjan was standing outside the police station and abusing loudly. Now when my father, a senior citizen has returned to Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur, Kumud Ranjan continues to harass and intimidate him and police has not filed an FIR. Tilkamanjhi Thane Incharge is Mr. Rohit Kumar and SSP is Manoj Kumar. I have spoken to both of them at least 10 times but they are unmoved. Please help me.

ReplyDeleteToday I received a call from the mobile number +91-7491905247. He introduced himself as the employee of State Bank of India. He told me that my bank account and ATM card won't be functioning anymore from tomorrow onwards.
Therefore, he asked me for details like Aadhar Card No. ATM Card No. and the PIN. I knew it was a fraud call. As soon as he realized that he is caught, he started abusing me very badly.
I am posting his mobile number here, so that you can trace these people and get them punished. Through this number you can expose all the people hidden behind such type of acts.
It's very much clear that if they get the ATM No. and the PIN, they can withdraw the amount from the ATM. That means they know how to do it. That also means that they are doing it.
Therefore, you are requested to take this matter with upmost seriousness. I am very much sure that you are going to act in this regard. I have been a mainstream journalist of Patna but instead of reporting this issue to the media, I have decided to post it here with the expectation that a serious action would be taken in this regard.

No. 33/2014) branch in September 2014 through BPSC. In April 2016 BPSC conducted the written exam for Electronics branch(33/2014). From 28/11/2017 to 1/12/2017 BPSC conducted the Interview for Electronics Branch(33/2014). Until now they do not display the result of Electronics branch(Adv. No. 33/2014).
When we contact to BPSC office they are saying that some specialization problem in B.E and M.E degree thats why we send the result to DST Bihar on 26/05/2018. Then we contacted to DST office. They assured us that we will send result within one week to BPSC office. but sir It is almost one month gone but DST does not send the result to BPSC office thats why BPSC not able to display our final result.

Krishan Prasad Sahu, in each and every fund and Yojana (Like Indira aawas, MANREGA, Road Construction, Sauchalay Nirman, Viriksharopan etc), when he was mukhiya.
Sir, One of them a major Corruption which can be seen by naked eye is, Road Construction in ward No-12. The Road is starting from Nanpatti-Narahiya Link Road (From Bhaglu saday house) to Narahiya-Chatarapatti-Bhaptiyahi Link Road.
Sir, The Govt. Sanctioned money to the former mukhiya to construct the road after filling the pond with soil. But the mukhiya has not been filled the pond with soil and construction of Road is not Completed.
Sir, A RTI is also received by govt. authority Regarding this Road but there are no any reply given by Govt. Authority.

ReplyDeleteइस विभाग के उच्च पदाधिकारियों से सादर अर्ज है कि पंजाब नेशनल बैंक कुटुंबा औरंगाबाद बिहार के मैनेजर तथा बैंक के कुछ मुख्य दलालों के मिलीभगत से कुटुंबा प्रखंड के गरीब तथा अनपढ़ महिलाओं से लोन का लालच देकर दस्तावेज मांग लिया गया उस सभी दस्तावेज पर सैकड़ों लोगों से अपने अपने दस्तावेज पर सिगनेचर भी उन दलालों के द्वारा गलत तरीके से करवा लिया गया लोन का झांसा देकर और लगभग सैकड़ों गरीब मजदूर तथा अनपढ़ परिवारों के डॉक्युमेंट्स बैंक में जमा करके लोन भी निकलवा लिया गया जबकि ऋण आवेदक को लोन निकलने का जानकारी भी नहीं हुआ और यह लोन पीएनबी बैंक मैनेजर तथा दलालों की मिलीभगत से लोन भी निकाल लिया गया यह कहानी लगभग 2013 की है जब तक वह मैनेजर बैंक में मैनेजर के पद पर कार्यरत रहा किसी भी लोन निकाले गए जिनके नाम से फ्रॉड तरीके से लोन निकाला गया था उनको पास लोन वापसी का नोटिस नहीं जाने दिया गया जैसे बैंक में दूसरे मैनेजर आते हैं ट्रांसफर होकर उनके द्वारा सभी लोन आवेदकों को लोन रिकवरी का नोटिस भेज दिया जाता है नोटिस मिलते ही पीड़ित परिवार बैंक मैनेजर से संपर्क करने जाते हैं बैंक में तो मैनेजर बोलते हैं कि आपके नाम से लोन निकाला गया है आप सभी लोग लोन लिए हैं आप लोगों को लोन रिकवरी करना होगा सैंकड़ों पीड़ितों ने बताया कि हमने लोन नहीं लिया है हमें गलत तरीके से फंसाया गया है लोन का झांसा देकर हमारे नाम पर लोन बैंक मैनेजर और बैंक के मुख्य दलाल निकाल लिए हैं जिसका पैसा हमें नहीं दिया गया है और हमें भरने के लिए कहा जा रहा है हम नहीं भरेंगे उन लोगों ने कोर्ट तक भी गए लेकिन विशेष जानकारी ना होने की वजह से बैंक हो गए जब मैंने अपनी टीम के साथ पीड़ित परिवारों के साथ अपनी बात रखने की कोशिश की तो पीड़ित परिवारों सैदपुर नोघड़ा निवासी तेतरी देवी कौशल्या देवी के साथ और पीड़ित लोगों ने बताया कि क्षेत्र के दलाल उसी गांव के सलीम अंसारी तथा अनिल पासवान जोगेंद्र मेहता सभी ने लोगों से 2013 में डाक्यूमेंट्स लेकर बैंक के मुख्य दलाल भोला लाल के पास जमा किए थे जो की पथरा निवासी है इन सभी लोग गरीब और असहाय लोगों के दस्तावेज लेकर लोन निकालकर अपना अपना काम कर रहे हैं जोकि बिल्कुल गलत है इसमें मैनेजर की संलिप्तता सुनिश्चित है

ReplyDeleteRosda / Pabra Sonupur South Panchayat is getting information that two financially rich people have been working as laborers by creating job cards. According to the information,Sonu Jha father- Phul Kumar Jha have made a job card. And a lot of people are involved in this.
After extracting its details, it came out that he has now become a fake worker and spent nearly Rs 5300 every month.
Now the money that poor people should get, they are sitting and sitting there. If it is investigated then the big people whose collusion is being violated by the poor, they will be trapped.
I have compalaint more than 50 times through mail, whatsup, twitter & physically submitted the hardcopy too regarding Childrens Paradise School & Bright Carrier coaching centere, new new , Goh, Aurangabad, Bihar.
ReplyDeleteThat school is not having any kind of fire Saftey schedule at school and no roads are there to go firebrigade vehicles too, if any mishappenig happen.
I have requested fire department Aurangabad for same. They have done the investigation immediately and submmited the report to all concerned officers. I also share that firebrigade report comy to all concerned officers along with DM too through mail,twitter,whatsup.
But till today school is running no action happened. I got to know that some enquiry has come from DM Aurangabad to Goh Block concerned officials. But they have not taken any action, and putten the matter to dust bin. I have complained regarding this around three month back, but school authority os still enjoying. Around 700students are studying in this school as edge group of 4 to 18 years. Request the authority to take the nesesary action against this as soon as you can. School authority is saying in market that sare officers ko maine kharid liya hai. Everybody is getting commision from me, so no one can take action against this
Requesting this department to please save the life of 700 students.

At areraj registry office,lots of people are are working as private employee and they are keeping duplicate papers duplicate sign and do the jaburiya registry and maintaining duplicate papers but never give it's copy to seeker's
ReplyDeleteSir i have applied for residential certificate through the site of rtps. Right to public serive.my application no. Is 040171041112000049.i have applied for it on 3rd february 2020. The last proposed date for downloading my residential certificate was 15th february 2020. But when i reachred to my block at runnisaidpur ,sitamadhi bihar and told the matter to co. He demanded for 200 hundred rupees . When i told him it is free of cost then he replied ""nhi milega jao jo karna h karlo jisko complain krna h krlo kuch nhi hoga " still i am not able to download my residential certificate.
ReplyDeleteHe also told me that "paisa agar abhi doge to 10 minute me abhi hi tumhara kaam ho jayega nhi to daurte rho aise hi kuch nhi hoga ". Please sir help me and show me the right direction.
